About

Welcome to Fontaine Counselling! I’m Kyle, a Registered Social Worker with the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers and a member of the Canadian Association of Social Workers. I believe that we all do our best when we are our best. Some days our best is a little less, and that’s okay. I studied social work to help others become their best version of themselves. My goal is to help you achieve your goals. I have a Master of Social Work Degree, specializing in Mental Health, from the University of Toronto. I have experience in treating a range of issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma. I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to support you in managing your life stressors and mental health challenges.

MY PRACTICE

My office is located in downtown Fredericton, offering convenient on-site parking. I accept a range of payment methods, and many clients find that their insurance covers some or all of their counselling fees, so I encourage you to check with your insurance provider for specific coverage details.​

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING FOR ADULTS (19+)

I provide individual counselling services for adults aged 19 and older. Whether you're feeling the weight of daily stressors or facing a new life challenge that leaves you feeling stuck, I’m here to offer the support you need. If you're dealing with mental health challenges such as anxiety, low mood, or trauma, I’m committed to helping you find relief and guiding you through the healing process.

At Fontaine Counselling, I specialize in using evidence-based cognitive behavioural strategies to address your concerns. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a proven approach that can help you manage your symptoms and achieve your wellness goals. In addition to CBT, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques to provide personalized, effective care.
